We have long strived to reduce our ecological footprint, and last year we adopted organic farming for our first vineyards: Les Vignes de Coulous. This type of ecological viticulture has become a reality today. We are now familiar with this type of environmentally friendly viticulture, especially since we are primarily family winegrowers who cultivate our estate. A winegrower who cultivates his own land and who will pass it on to his children wants the wine to be ecological. Above all, he wants to offer his children something magnificent, good, and sustainable.
